At GraphiSlides, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions, both monthly and yearly plans.
2. Refund Process

3. Refund Conditions
The following conditions apply to our refund policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Only first-time subscriptions are eligible for refunds. Renewal payments are not eligible.
- If you've used a significant portion of the service (downloaded more than 20 templates), we may prorate your refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time for refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewal payments
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period
